Focused on Supporting Parents
wm+a services are focused on supporting parents – both directly and indirectly. We offer flexibility of support for respite and other home and community-based services, providing specialist behavioural support, crisis support, supervised access and much more, on a fee-for-service basis.
The wm+a philosophy accountability and a responsive service.
The wm+a philosophy is based on accountability and a responsive service. We don’t simply manage behaviour, we work with the individuals in our care to help them make progress, learn and grow.
wm+a likewise believes strongly in extending the teaching to the primary caregivers so that they can learn (and apply) the same strategies and techniques, thus enabling greater consistency in teaching and for their child. As additional training, we welcome parents attending any of our workshops.
