This year, wm+a is celebrating 23 years as a service provider, supporting a wide network of agencies with reliable and quality service delivery to individualized and specialized services to children, youth and adults.

In 1999, a new, small yet mighty service team entered the service field, setting itself up as an evidenced based service and crisis support for complex needs population from the very start. With a foundation in applied behaviour analysis right from the very first day, wm+a was quickly recognized as an effective specialized service with a highly skilled and competent direct support team.

Two decades later, wm+a has remained committed to supporting the complex needs community – this includes the millions of hours put in by our associate network of 300+ members, supporting children with autism (ASD) through our sister company AlphaBee, or providing a continually growing library of training and learning opportunities through our platform alphabeePRO. Our team has watched the social services, education and health support field grow and develop over the years, and wm+a continues to strive towards providing support and adapting to changes and developments in the future.
